Refund Policy

At BuildVR (“BuildVR”, “we”, “our”, or “us”), we strive to provide high-quality immersive VR, AI-powered, and digital experience services to our users, creators, businesses, and enterprise customers. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions governing cancellations, refunds, subscription reversals, and payment disputes related to the use of BuildVR services, software, APIs, digital products, subscriptions, and custom solutions.

Due to the nature of digital services, cloud infrastructure usage, AI processing costs, VR rendering, hosting resources, API consumption, and instant access to digital content, all purchases made through BuildVR are generally non-refundable unless otherwise explicitly stated in writing. By purchasing or subscribing to BuildVR services, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund Policy.

Subscription plans, platform access fees, API usage credits, VR hosting services, cloud rendering services, AI generation services, digital downloads, premium templates, immersive experiences, and custom digital assets are non-refundable once activated, consumed, downloaded, delivered, or accessed. Refunds will not be issued for partial usage periods, unused subscription time, user inactivity, dissatisfaction based on personal preference, lack of device compatibility, internet-related limitations, or failure to cancel a subscription before the renewal date.

Users may cancel recurring subscriptions at any time through their account settings or by contacting BuildVR support. Cancellation will prevent future billing cycles but will not automatically generate refunds for previously charged subscription periods. Access to paid services may continue until the end of the active billing cycle unless otherwise specified.

In exceptional circumstances, BuildVR may review refund requests on a case-by-case basis. Refund eligibility may be considered if:

  • A duplicate transaction or accidental double charge occurred.

  • The purchased service was not delivered due to a verified technical failure caused solely by BuildVR.

  • Unauthorized or fraudulent payment activity is confirmed.

  • A subscription was charged incorrectly because of a billing system error.

  • The purchased service or feature was permanently unavailable and no reasonable alternative could be provided.

Refund requests must generally be submitted within 7 days of the original transaction date along with valid payment details, transaction references, and a description of the issue. BuildVR reserves the sole right to determine whether a refund request qualifies for approval.

Custom enterprise projects, consulting services, VR development work, AI training pipelines, integrations, white-label solutions, onboarding services, deployment assistance, and commissioned digital content are strictly non-refundable once work has commenced, milestones have been delivered, or resources have been allocated. Any refund terms for enterprise agreements will be governed separately through signed contracts or commercial agreements.

If a refund is approved, the refund will generally be processed back to the original payment method used during the transaction. Processing times may vary depending on banking institutions, payment gateways, or card providers and may take several business days to reflect in the user’s account.

BuildVR reserves the right to suspend, reject, or revoke refunds in cases involving abuse of the platform, policy violations, fraudulent activity, chargeback abuse, excessive refund requests, or misuse of promotional offers and free trials.

Nothing in this Refund Policy limits any rights available to users under applicable consumer protection laws where such laws apply and cannot legally be excluded.

BuildVR may update or modify this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Updated versions will be posted on the website with a revised effective date. Continued use of BuildVR services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Refund Policy.
